At Foodexpo 2018 we expanded with two halls, so there were ten halls in use.
We launched three new concepts within the Ecology, Retail and Hotel industry. All halls were divided and dedicated to specific industries, as can be seen in the following overview.

Hall L: Catering equipment and consumer goods (non-food)
Hall F: Retail, machinery, packaging and skills competitions
Hall M: Foodservice, Food Gallery and skills competitions
Hall E: Coffee machines, catering equipment, workwear and skills competitions
Hall D: Wine Expo, furniture and interior, IT and payment systems
