At Foodexpo 2018 we found this year's new Callebaut Chocolate Hero.
The theme in 2018 was "Make it sparkle", where the competitors created cakes based on today's trends with an evident taste of chocolate.
The competitors had to use Callebaut's new Gold chocolate, and additionally choose 1-2 products from Callebaut. The competitors had to create 10 identical individual cakes, which had to contain at least three different textures. The keywords for the creations were delicate, fresh, light and airy.
