There was focus on the details and the good craftmanship at the chocolate contests of Callebaut. The Danish championship for trainee chefs focused on chocolate for chefs and restaurants.
Five chefs schools from all over Denmark had signed up, each school with a team of two students. They were in charged of making a dessert plate, a dessert cake and a snack to go - all along with the main emphasis on chocolate. They needed to make use different techniques and think about concept, customer experience and gladly packaging and sustainability.
