Visitors at Foodexpo 2018 can look forward to a veritable mecca of inspiration – and an extraordinary culinary experience – at Anette Eckmann’s Food Temple trend zone in Hall F.
Trend expert Anette Eckmann has created a captivating zone with a focus on the new, conscious consumer.
When MCH Messecenter Herning opens the doors to Foodexpo 2018 on 18-20 March, the Nordic region’s largest food trade show will tempt visitors at the Food Temple trend and inspiration zone, where the experience is in focus. From the mind of long-renowned and creative trend expert Anette Eckmann, Food Temple draws on her extensive insight into today’s trends.
- Consumers are demanding more, and they are now much more conscious in their search for the best restaurant and food experience. Normally, you can talk about three dimensions when it comes to food: quantity, quality and type. The idea behind Food Temple is to add a fourth dimension – an emotional transformation – where the experience is in focus. This special added experience is what consumers will remember and see a value in reliving, says Anette Eckmann.
A heavenly food temple
Taking shape as a temple-like and divine universe, the trend zone features unique and inspiring furniture, aromas, sounds and dining. The individual element weave together to create a wealth of experiences and ensure the fourth dimension. The farmer is the alchemist and the chef is the evangelist who sets the stage for the selection and preparation of ingredients.
- The fourth dimension must be designed according to the restaurant’s concept, thus transforming the visit and meal into a heavenly experience. Visitors to Food Temple will enjoy the ultimate food experience and can expect to gain a lot of inspiration for adding the fourth dimension to their own business, says Anette Eckmann.
The trend zone can be found in Hall F, which also features a food market, presentations and professional competitions. The Food Temple can be experienced at Foodexpo, which runs from 18-20 March 2018 at MCH Messecenter Herning.
